18th Century Shoe Foot Chair Table

A rare early pine and oak shoe foot chair table in old red paint with an elliptical scrubbed top with rosehead nails. The base is attached with the original dowels to molded cleats, with bootjack ends and pronounced shoe feet. Very good untouched condition beside an honest, early maple repair to the top. New England, 18th century.
